Ritchie County Local Leadership

RCCF’s volunteer advisory committee is made up of local business and community leaders who oversee all Foundation activities.

Current RCCF advisory committee members include Board Chairman Russell Rogerson, Woody Ireland, Jean Freeland, April Haught, Mary Jane Allen, Alan Haught, Jennifer Davenport, Dan Fissel, Theresa Cowan, and Jim Strader.

The RCCF advisory committee works in conjunction with the Board of the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation through our status as an affiliate and has a Board seat on the PACF Board as a part of our partnership for the good of our region. Jim Strader is also a member of the PACF Board, representing RCCF, and serves on the PACF Grants Committee.
