The Foundation's scholarship process for 2013 is now closed.
2013 Award Descriptions & Eligibility Criteria
We are providing our scholarship description list in two formats: a word document and an excel chart. Both list award names, eligiblity, and review criteria. The excel document may assist students in searching for scholarships based on various criteria, such as high school attended, as the excel chart is sortable.
Unless otherwise noted, students may apply for all of these scholarships through the Foundation’s online general application form, available on our web site at www.pacfwv.com. A few scholarships have separate, paper application forms; these are noted in the document.
Also please note that a student is not eligible to apply for a scholarship for which they are directly related to the individuals who established the scholarship fund.

Our Community's Foundation Online General Scholarship Application Form is now closed for the 2013 scholarship season. Our online application will be available for the 2014 scholarship season beginning in December, 2013.
PLEASE NOTE: You may need to create an unusual password due to the secure password restrictions. Remember to write down your password immediately following creation!! It is difficult to retrieve your password in a timely manner!
